Description:
This is the perfect application to have at your fingertips when you're standing at the fish counter wondering about life's big questions:
- Are cod endangered?
- Which fish should I avoid because of mercury or PCBs?
- Can I substitute striped bass for halibut?
- Are crawfish the same thing as mugbugs?
-Why should I buy farmed yellowtail?
- Should I buy farmed or wild-caught salmon?
- What the hell is goosefish?

Operation:
The main window contains an alphabetical list of fish and other seafood.  Red, green, or yellow  icons give a quick indication of  environmental or health hazards.  There's also an icon to indicate which fish are kosher.  When you select a seafood item, a page of details will be displayed, as follows:
- picture of the fish or seafood
- scientific name
- common market species, other names for the same seafood, and sushi name (if any)
- health information
- environmental information
- other notes, such as good alternatives to endangered or toxic fish

The "Key" button opens a page explaining the health and environmental icons.
The information button on the main page displays a list of web sites with more detailed information on the health and environmental concerns regarding seafood.

In keeping with the KLR Applications philosophy of deploying the simplest possible user interface, the Sole Man application requires only that you start up the program. The software does the rest. No configuration or search bars required. Good design doesn't require typing at the fish display case.
