Application Description
Motor OCPD application is used to calculate the rating and setting of motor branch circuit, short-circuit and ground –fault protection devices.
When using Motor OCPD Application:
Determine the motor FLC by taping the information button that goes to NEC Reference information screen.
Then tap the ‘Done’ button to return to the main screen.
Tap ‘Enter Design FLC’ text field and a number pad will appear.
Then enter the FLC from the NEC Reference information.
Tap above the number pad to remove number pad and enter FLC.
Select motor type and then determine the rating or setting for the protective devices.
When using Motor OCPD Application:
Determine the motor FLC by taping the information button that goes to NEC Reference information screen.
