gtg Logs is the first in a series of apps brought to you by gtgVentures in its got2go Boating app suite. The log app is an easy to use multimedia journal for the recreational boater. It consists of three parts, a checklist, a log, and sharing. Designed with input from lifelong boaters and sailors, a user can create a custom check list for review ahead of a boat trip, whether for a day or a month or more, record weather highlights, from/to points and via points, then record written and photographic journal entries of the people, places, and things you see along your trip. Save photos to your iPhoto library and include them when emailing the contents of a log. The geo coordinates of your location are recorded with every journal post so you can see where you were when you recorded your entry. Record guests and joining vessels, and email float plans. Sharing allows you to send all or any part of your log information via Facebook, Twitter or email.
