Deutsche Telekom MCC for iPhone allows to :
- Increase productivity
- Ensure business continuity
- Save communication costs (use of company PBX resources to make your calls from your iPhone)

Using MCC for iPhone you can:
- Take advantage of the “One Number” capability. Your iPhone becomes your business phone
- View your favourite contacts and their Rich Presence (Presence availability and telephony status)
- Search local and company contacts (iPhone local directory or remote company contact database)
- Access to your emails and calendar
- Configure remotely your telephony settings (forward options, mobility mode ..)
- Dial byname using iPhone local directory or remote company directory
- Use the call control capability (Make call, New call, forward, hold, switch …)

Security:
- MCC provides a secured acces to your company ecosystem : HTTPS connection

Requirements
The MCC is a professional application dedicated to small and medium company users. MCC requires the following equipments:
- Octopus Open R6.1 and higher versions
- Octopus Open IT Server R4.2
- IPhone 3G/3GS with data connection

Other
- Please note that MCC for iPhone is not a soft phone the voice is still carried by the native iPhone telephony client.

NB: A defect has been detected when using the application with iOS 4.0.1 : the login parameters are not properly displayed when being entered : they don't appear on the first screen. This is only a display issue and does not impact the login phasis : you can still use the application.
A fix is ongoing and will be provided in a new version.
