Caio Terra’s Modern Jiu-Jitsu: Closed Guard Defense

This is the second in a series of apps to be released by World and Pan American, Black Belt Champion, Caio Terra.

Learn these techniques and you will no longer feel trapped and threatened while caught in the closed guard. This series of techniques provides knowledge to advance your position and control the ground game.
