**watchOS 1.01 Required**

iPhone
• Track and Record nightly heart rates –– analyzing sleep durations
• Save sleep durations to Health of ‘In Bed’ and ‘Asleep’ categories
• Nightly, Weekly, and All Time Stats of sleep and heart rate trends
• Portrait and landscape Graphs to track your heart rate through the night
• Export Nightly Graphs
• View Sleep Duration, Fell Asleep, and Mean bpm weekly charts

Apple Watch
• Wear to bed and start your sleep from Apple Watch
• View each night's graph and stats
• Weekly and All Time Averages
• Last night’s sleep is available from the Glance

Note - With watchOS 1.01, this app does not record your motion (only heart rate) at the moment and must sync with your iPhone every morning. However when you "fall asleep" can still be detected based on your heart rate dropping upon entering deep sleep.

Set Up
0. Enable Health from iPhone app, required for use
1. About 45 - 60 min before you sleep, charge your Apple Watch
2. Set Sleep from your watch via force touch, enabled "Do Not Disturb"(optional), but don't enable Airplane Mode
3. When you wake up, grab your iPhone and sync over the data
4. Track, Analyze, Visualize, and Understand your Sleep!

Troubleshooting Tips
• Troubleshooting Walkthrough - https://youtu.be/O3W9eLX-32g
1. Weird Graphs, think your heart trend lines look abnormal? Try adjusting your watch band's tightness or looseness, or using different bands. We noticed in pre-testing a too snuggly or loosely fit band gave us inconsistent readings. Remember when you sleep your body moves around, having your arm in an abnormal position could effect your blood flow to your wrist, and your Apple Watch's readings.
2. Make sure Airplane mode is NOT enabled, or your watch may have trouble syncing over to your iPhone
