Application Description
A collection of photos shot with authorization from the Kyoto Shrine Office. Shrine gates, shrine pavilions and approaches are shot from many different angles. Images of water ablution pavilions, garden lanterns and bells will give you an image of the gods enshrined there. Also included are the Grand Shrines and scenes of ceremonies conducted by shrine maidens. These images evoke the peacefulness of the shrines. There are 50 images in this collection.
