Application Description
Share Anytime is a team collaboration app which allows users to co-edit a document together in real time. Share Anytime acts as an interactive whiteboard for team note taking and document sharing with active participants connected electronically around the world. With Share Anytime, team managers can conduct project collaboration either in real time or as users “check in” to virtual meeting sessions. Participants can join the meeting whenever they open the delivered “share note”, and their contributions will be displayed in real time.
In addition to sharing text documents, Share Anytime allows participants to also mash-up handwriting, sketches, images, photographs, and content captured directly from web-pages. Within a virtual meeting environment, Share Anytime helps meeting participants communicate efficiently through a built-in chat feature, permitting discussions to take place without a voice connection or the need to switch in and out of apps.
Share Anytime is based on MetaMoJi’s award-winning note taking app “Note Anytime”. Note Anytime combines PDF annotation, note taking and & vector graphic sketching within a powerful, scalable whitespace. You can combine handwritten or typed notes with photos and graphics on various paper styles, add sketches and drawings, scale your paper up to a whiteboard or down to a sticky note, and share your work by email and social networks or send to Evernote and Dropbox. Share Anytime meeting participants will have all of these powerful tools within a shared collaborative environment.
Typical “pixel” whiteboard sharing apps are unable to cater to the volume of content that is created in a typical brainstorming session. With Share Anytime, meetings can be conducted in a vast and scalable white space.
The Free version does not include add-ons to access to “Share Service” which is able to create and distribute share notes to participants. However, you can organize limited number or volume of meetings.
Share Anytime is being released on iOS initially but will follow the common vision of availability on all major mobile platforms – as achieved by Note Anytime.
