This is a lite version of Running Interval Timer using the available '1 and 1' interval. Using this lite version will allow for a taste of the simplicity of the Running Interval Timer app.

The full version Running Interval Timer app is simply the easiest count down interval timer app for runners that use 1 minute walks between intervals. No complicated menus or settings to worry about. Just select your interval time, press 'Start' and you're done…well, except for the running.

Many running groups or running clubs use the 1 minute walk period interval system. If you are part of a group or club using this system or just follow it on your own or with friends the full version no-frills app is ideal.

The full version allows for interval selections from 2 to 10 minutes.

Lite Version Features:

-Single button click to select the available 1 and 1 interval
-Preset 1 minute walk period between intervals
-Displays the total number of running and walking intervals completed for the session
-Displays total running and walking time for the session
-Pause button
-Reset button to restart the session.
-Cancel button to stop session
-Preset sound alerts to indicate the end of an interval time and the end of the 1 minute walk period.
-Functions in in lock/sleep mode
