The full version of Runner's Interval Timer built to be simple to use yet versatile, this interval timer app with sound alerts is made for runners that use 'Run-Walk' intervals. With a clean, easy to use interface this app will have you doing 'Run-Walk' intervals in no time. Just press 'Ok' after selecting your running and walking times and then the 'Start' button. That's it!

The full version has running and walking times selection from 15 seconds to 20 minutes in any 15 second increment.
