PitchMaster is a highly accurate, wide-range musical instrument tuner and tone generator. Built by a musician for himself and his friends, PitchMaster works great with strings, brass, and reeds, and covers the full instrument range from bass to piccolo. Using a unique, proprietary and field tested pitch-detection algorithm, PitchMaster can tune the low E string on the bass without harmonics, even de-tuned to low C, something other digital tuners simply cannot do. Pitchmaster is also highly accurate when tuning the upper notes on a piccolo. PitchMaster can tune or play tones for 6 full octaves. The reference pitch can be adjusted up or down from A=440 hz and an input sensitivity control allows tuning in both quiet and noisy environments.
