The Family App is designed to support families where a parent has a mental health difficulty at present. Information is provided on looking after your mental health, talking to children about mental health and accessing further support. Information is provided on fun activities to do with children in Dublin including free activities such as libraries, playgrounds, and museums and galleries. The App also provides helpline and support information for families.
