MpdClient App

This app provides wireless control of an MPD server over your local area network for streaming Internet Radio stations and/or playing songs from a MPD server. This app DOES NOT stream music to your iDevice(s). If you do not understand what MPD servers are, DO NOT purchase this app as it will do you no good and we do not want bad reviews because of misunderstandings about what this app does or is supposed to do.

This app was written specifically to control the Internet Radios described in these articles but can be used to control any MPD music server .

With all that said, using this app in combination with an MPD server will allow you to listen to streaming radio stations from all over the world with many different genres of music, news and even comedy. This is a 21st century equivalent of the short wave radios of old.
