Medical & Medication Manager is the only application you have to have in your phone to manage your health and medical care.

It helps to manage your medical problems, medications, schedules with physicians & tests, blood sugar, blood pressure, heart rate, weight, symptoms, allergies, medical history, lab results, radiology reports, immunizations, food intake, physical activity and any issues related to your health and medical care.

It is protected by password for privacy of your medical information.

You can easily send your medical information, blood sugar levels, blood pressure records, heart rate, weight, medication intake history and other information to your physician. It helps you to manage your diseases and communication with physicians.

Medical Problems

You can add all your medical problems in this section from an easy to use searchable data base. Most of the medical problems can be added in few seconds from the searchable database of medical problems without any difficulty. You can also add information about your medical problems and update that information time to time.

Current medication list

You can add all your current medications in this list from a searchable database of the name of the medications.

If the name is not in the database you can add it manually. Select ADD NEW.

You can add doses, approximate time of intake of medications, start date, end date of the medications etc.

You have to enter an approximate time of intake of medication. It is required except in case of medications that is AS NEEDED or SPECIAL SCHEDULE.

You take some medications as needed; you do not need to add schedule time for those medications. Those medications will not be recorded in Intake History.

Same is true for medications with Special schedule like once a week or 3 days of the week etc.

If you add an end date when you enter the medication, that medication will be automatically deleted from the current medication list at the end of the end date. So if you take a long term medications, like your cholesterol or blood pressure medication, keep it as No End Date. But if you use medication for short term, like an antibiotic for 10 days add an end date.

Intake History
This application is designed to keep track of your medication intake history, whenever you open this application after you have entered all your medications to the current medication list, it will ask you information about the intake of medications. You will have 3 options ALL TAKEN, NOT TAKEN, NOT ASK. You can choose "All Taken"; in that case all scheduled medications will be added as "Taken" in your medication intake history. You can choose "Not Taken". In that case it will give you the list of all medication that was scheduled on that time frame. You can select the medication doses you did not take. It will be recorded in your medication intake history according to your selection. You can choose "Do Not Ask", in that case this list will not be shown in the future, and all medications will be recorded as "Taken" as scheduled. You can reset it again from setting.

Medication Refill Reminder
In this section you can schedule reminder for your refill request. You can see the reminder when you open the application, call your pharmacy for the refill.

Allergies
You can add all your allergies in this section from an easy to use searchable database, if it is not in the database, you can add manually.

You can record your blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose, weight, lab results, radiology reports and other important information. It is very user friendly and information can be added in few seconds without typing.

Symptom Tracker - helps you track your symptoms.

You can keep information of your immunization history.

You can manage your food intake and physical activity with this app.
