The Keep on Steppin' iPad app is a non linear narrative consisting of five poetic short films by the renowned Dutch photographer and filmmaker Marjoleine Boonstra. Keep on Steppin' mixes film footage with “moving” photographs taken in New Orleans, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan, and transforms these images into a cinematic reflection on human resilience made specifically for the small screen of the iPad. The project was produced by the Digital Emmy-award nominated production house Submarine Channel.
