Giuseppe (Joe) Vitale, Sicilian-born owner of Joe’s Pizza, began his career as a pizza maker in New York City in the 80’s. He opened three locations on the West Coast including locations in Hollywood, West Hollywood and Santa Monica.
Joe’s signature thin crust is light and crisp, their marinara is tangy, and the mozzarella is subtle but flavorful.
