Carry out your accepted mystery shopping visits on your smartphone using the mystery shopping app. Select which store visits to download before carrying out the visit, then complete the questionnaire while in-store, either online or offline.
Answer questions as instructed using photo’s, dates and times or free text entry to support your findings. Then, after carrying out the visit, upload your results straight back to Grass Roots without the need to enter into the results into the Grass Roots website.
