Pins on a large map are obsolete thanks to this app. Visualizing where your clients are can be difficult when primarily looking at a list. ClientMap takes this list and turns it into an interactive (iOS) map with pins. This way you can discover important white spots for marketing purposes or plan routes and visits of your traveling sales force.

ClientMap also offers you insight into potential client groups. Have you ever held a prize-drawing, but didn’t know how to utilize the addresses of the contestants? Do you have an overview of the visitors to your booth at the last trade show you were at? These are also areas where ClientMap can help.

ClientMap does not rely on your iOS address book. You can edit your address lists comfortably at your computer, save them as a plain-text file (.txt) and send them to yourself via email or place them in your Dropbox account. From there you can either copy and paste the data or you can use the handy “open with” function.

When you need multiple lists for different purposes, ClientMap offers you the possibility of saving these lists for quick access with the “Routes & Organisation Pack” (In-App). Together with the “Share & Export Pack” (In-App) your lists get synchronized to your other devices using your iCloud account.

Once you have found interesting areas on the map, you can save these sections of the map with our “Share & Export Pack” (In-App). Choose to save the partial map to your camera roll, place it into your Dropbox, add it as a note to your Evernote account, send it to a colleague via email, or simply print it on an AirPrint compatible printer.

If you have too many pins, you can quickly lose the global picture. This is where our “Import & Pin Pack” (In-App) comes into play. With it you can assign an individual pin (8 shapes in 10 colors) to an address. In addition, this pack allows you not only to import plain-text (TXT) files but also CSV files.

Just so we have mentioned it: ClientMap uses the integrated map functionality of iOS 6. In the past months you have probably heard from the media that Apple is constantly updating its service. As the service gets better, so will ClientMap. If you should have difficulties locating certain addresses, please have a look at our manual (there is a button in the “Options” section of the app).

Privacy is important to us! Address data will not be saved outside of your iPad or iCloud account. We do not transmit the data to thirdparties. The only thing we do is send your address to the Apple servers once to get the geographic location (coordinates) - that’s it.
