BrainFit Studio (Serangoon) offers brain fitness programs for students age 4 to 16 years old. In the same way that strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and coordination are measures of physical fitness, likewise our ability to concentrate, our auditory and visual processing abilities, our sensory-motor coordination and our social emotional state are measures of brain fitness. Our children’s brain fitness affects their attention span, memory and learning abilities; any lapses in these areas can adversely impact their academic performance. Our focus is to develop and enhance the 5 Brain Fitness areas in students so that they will have a more enjoyable and easier learning experience.
