Application Description
BondM8 is a quick and powerful 3 tab calculator used for working with municipal bonds and other investments. It features a very clean layout and user friendly inputs.
The first tab allows the user to calculate the Tax Equivalent Yield for municipal bonds both inside and outside of the users state.
The second tab allows the user to calculate both Yield to Maturity and Yield to Call at the same time. The YTC/YTM Calc does not account for accrued interest. It calculates YTC and YTM and outputs what's known as a "Clean Price"
The third tab is a Investment Growth Calculator that calculates compound interest while allowing for contributions and withdrawals at regular intervals. You can watch the change in value as you input the number of years through a simple "Add or Subtract" button.
