Babies only cry when something is bothering them, for some babies there is very little that bothers them and others find things a little more difficult. Whether your baby cries once a day or a hundred times a day, every time is distressing for you. Factor in exhaustion, sleep deprivation and anxiety and even experienced mothers can need a little help to figure out what the cause of the crying is.
