ระบบรายงานข้อมูลอุบัติเหตุ (Accident Report Management System :ARMS) ได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นโดยกรมทางหลวงชนบทสามารถใช้งานได้บน Smartphone
ระบบนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพิ่อให้ประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถเรียกดูข้อมูล หรือรายงานข้อมูลอุบัติเหตุ หรือเหตุการณ์อื่นๆบนท้องถนน เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ถนนสามารถทราบถึงจุดเสี่ยงอันตรายบนถนนได้
ระบบนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพิ่อให้ประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถเรียกดูข้อมูล หรือรายงานข้อมูลอุบัติเหตุ หรือเหตุการณ์อื่นๆบนท้องถนน เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ถนนสามารถทราบถึงจุดเสี่ยงอันตรายบนถนนได้
