Agresso Timesheets

Application Description
Agresso Timesheets is an app for Agresso Business World users only.
On your iPhone/iPad you can:
- Add, edit or delete your time sheet entries online or offline.
- Copy entries from last period to current time sheet period.
- Submit finished time sheets.
- Record time spent on e.g. meetings and transfer it to your time sheet.
To speed up the process of entering hours, you can select a recently used combination of project, work order, activity etc. from a list or create a new one.
In the App settings you can change order and visibility of e.g project, work order, activity, set default value for hours, set reminder for submit etc. according to your needs.
NB! Contact the ABW administrator in your workplace for connection setup assistance.
Gestures:
- Shake or pull down-release to change view for time sheets and quick entry.
- Tap and hold on code combinations to see more information.
- Double tap on hour value in period entry view to toggle between default value and 0.
- Single tap for other values.
- Go landscape for view familiar in ABW Self Service and Smart Client.
