Application Description
What is it?
Agresso Tasks is a mobile app for UNIT4 Agresso users, enabling them to manage workflow tasks from their iPhone and iPad devices.
How can it help?
Agresso Tasks allows users to respond to work items on the move so that tasks are swiftly routed on to the next stage in the business process. With Agresso Tasks you can manage, approve and reject tasks whenever and wherever is convenient for you.
What does it do?
The Tasks mobile app is tailored for tasks requiring an approval, rejection, forward, park or user-defined actions from the task owner. It does not currently allow data entry, such as re-entry of data to correct errors.
What do I need to do to get and use the app?
Systems administrator
-Install Agresso Milestone 3 Update 2
-Enable the Task web service V201209 and optionally customise tasks information
-Provide a connection URL and user information to end-users.
IT Manager
-Ensure network and security is implemented/functioning correctly.
End-user
-Download Agresso Tasks
-Connect to URL notified by systems administrator
All our apps share the same web service and Agresso credentials.
