Application Description
ZeroConf Browser allows users to browse the network for available Bonjour/ZeroConf services, including RemObjects SDK servers or other applications providing network services that register with Bonjour.
It is the ideal tool for system administrators or network developers to stay on top of their network and check the availability of their services.
Version 1.0 aims at providing the basic browsing experience, including the enumeration of all registered services, providing human-readable descriptions for known service types, and drilling into details about particular service instances.
Future versions will build on that to provide more advanced functionality, including more details for RemObjects SDK services and their available service methods, browsing databases published by Data Abstract and Relativity servers, or allowing to interact with select standard Bonjour services available on Mac or Windows computers.
ZeroConf Browser is the ideal free companion product for developers writing applications using our RemObjects SDK and Data Abstract frameworks for OS X, .NET and Delphi.
(Note: In most cases, services will only be available for discovery when connected to a WLAN with other computers or devices)
