★ yalstChat App will no longer be required for the mobile chat from version 9.1 of yalst LiveSupportTool
★ yalstChat App will be removed from the App Store in 2013
Initiate direct chat sessions with selected companies in various branches of trades! You simply select an organisation or company in the provider directory. If the host is available your questions regarding the products or services offered by the host will be immediately dealt with by the support staff. Different to traditional e-mails or contact forms you get answers in real time keeping your anonymity.
YalstChat App is advantageous compared to a in-browser text chat in that
- frequently contacted hosts are remembered as favourites,
- all conducted chats are stored and can be searched for later reference.
On the other hand yalstChat App is highly integrated in the experience of browsing the web:
- When tapping the chat button on the webpage of the host the yalstChat App is invoked directly by the webbrowser.
- Webpages mentioned in the chat can be viewed using the integrated web view.
