MOTOO MARUMARU
1965 Born in Japan. Graduated from Rikkyo University, Department of
Sociology, Tourism.
Magazine editor and known as the Nightscape Critic since 1990s. Motoo has
written over 30 books about the subject. He is a tourism advisor and has
produced for hotels and many other events related to nightscape. Oversees
as the Executive Director of the Night View Convention & Visitors Bureau in
Japan.

ATSUSHI MALTA
1968-Born in Japan. Graduated from Tama Art University Department of
Graphic Design.
During the 90's in addition to graphic design, he became more active with
his photography.
Atsushi is well known as a nightscape photographer and has published
several books of photo taken all over the world and exhibited throughout
Japan. His book of nightscape photography "World Night View" has been
released worldwide and is critically acclaimed.
