- The number of sets, a number of times per set and interval length can be set.

[Setting Example]

If you do a normal workout, you just set the timer as you want.

To repeat aerobic and anaerobic exercise every 30 seconds,
- number of times per set:5
- shortening:3 sec
- stay:0 sec
- lengthening:3 sec
