A simple, effective workout tracking application designed for both Cardio and Weightlifting exercises.
Quickly record your daily workout by selecting the exercises you have performed and recording basic workout details such as workout time, distance and level (for Cardio Exercises) and reps, sets and weight or resistance (for Weightlifting Exercises).
Workout Track supports the ability to add your own workouts as well! Don't see your Cardio equipment listed, or a specific exercise? Quickly add it to the list of available exercises and record your workout!
In addition, if you are on a weightloss plan or need to record your weight, Workout Track allows you to track your weight over time!

View both Exercises and Weight Tracking by month or day, and quickly go back in time and review your exercises.

Upcoming updates include:

- Report on your Workouts over time, report on duration, weight or resistance, level, etc...
