Workout Logbook is a simple iOS app designed to replace your pad and paper at the gym or at the track. If you enjoy staying healthy and are interested in tracking your fitness goals then this app should be a great fit for you. If you've wanted an app that can track running and workout data, then look no further. You can even use the built in interval timer to enhance your cardio workouts. Use the new Stopwatch Notepad to add notes to your runs after you finish them.

GPS distance tracking is the perfect tool for a run tracking app. Why use a separate GPS handheld or wristwatch when you're already carrying your iPhone with you? Now you can use Workout Logbook to track your time and distance. Tests showed that on a 30 minute run the iPhone lost 4% of it's battery life while listening to music and tracking distance.

Workout Logbook lets you enter any exercise name you want, no need to sort through a pick list to choose one. The start workout interface is intuitive and easy to use in the gym, even with an armband on! Likewise the stopwatch interface for adding run times is easy to read and armband friendly as well. Tracking your fitness goals on the iPhone just got a lot easier!

You can also share workout plans with your friends using Workout Logbook! Just use the export link to email them the plan for a workout you've created. The email contains the file for them to import, as well as instructions for how to import it. Couldn't be simpler!

Viewing your data in Workout Logbook is easy and intuitive. Your workout sessions can be viewed in a logbook format, which shows the number of sets, reps, and amount for that exercise. The log also shows the date and elapsed time for each workout. Workouts can also be viewed as a chart that makes it easy to notice trends in overall progress. Finally, workouts can be exported as a .csv file for viewing in any spreadsheet application.

The home page for each run includes links to that run's settings, intervals, and most recent times. Tap the Logbook icon to view all of that run's times, distances, and dates. Times that have a compass next to them also have a Map that you can view. You can also export runs as a .csv file from the export page.
