Workout DJ is a simple app based on Spotify's amazing collection of music. Workout DJ simplifies your work setting up playlists that will suit your workout and intensity. With this app you just select the workout you're about to do and intensity level.
Intensity levels are based on BPM calculations and optimal levels for a nice workout. Currently you can select from Low, Medium and High.
* Low: below 125 BMP - for a walk or easy run
* Medium: from 125-135 BMP - nice when you want a steady heart rate around 70-80%
* High: above 135 BMP - for those mind blowing +85% heart rate workouts.
How Workout DJ works:
1. Choose your workout
2. Preferred intensity - high, medium or low
3. Press Go!
