✭ Boost your productivity, relax your brain and body ✭

Taking regular breaks not only increases your productivity, but also works as an aid against stress and back or neck pains. Remember, the best way to solve a problem is often to stop trying and do something else for a while. This app will remind you regularly to take a short break in your activity. The recommendation is to on average work for around one hour and then take 10 minutes break.

The default setting is to give a reminder every 60 minutes. However, you are free to choose your interval, so if you for example want a micro break everý 10 minute, that is ok as well. The purpose is to start the application when you start working and the app will remind you throughout the day. By pressing the settings button, you can modify the number of reminders and the interval, for example if you start the app in the middle of the day or want another interval.

Main features:
✭ Visual and sound reminder at the selected interval
✭ 5+ reminding sounds
✭ Intervals between 10 minutes and 7 hours
✭ Works with the app closed

Break tips:
✭ Strech your neck and back
✭ Stand up and walk around
✭ Take your attention away from what you are doing and bring your presence back to here and now
✭ Breathe long breaths through your nose with your eyes closed
