Application Description
What is your best WOD? What is your worst WOD? Where can you improve and where do you excel? WODmetrics will help measure your performance and give athletes instant feedback on their results. This app was designed to help determine where athletes already excel in Crossfit and where they need to focus more of their training. Our app will help athletes measure their performance on each WOD. Their data can then be filtered to compare outcomes based on age, gender, weight, height and Rx’d. WODmetrics simple graphing system allows athletes to quickly see how they rank based on each WOD and compare similar body types. We hope our app inspires competition and thoughtful training.
