The main focus of this App is the development of combat response techniques. This is where the training drills are broken down and streamlined for quick and effective self defense.
Section 2 extracts each of the individual techniques and applies them to simplified Drills that have been designed to develop a simple Combative response. All of the Drills are shown using Focus Pads to emphasize the practice of striking and power.
The target dummy provides detailed information on the anatomical theory used in the combat applications section when striking the vital areas. Muscles & Arteries, Bones, Dim Mak (pressure Points) & Nerves as well as a link to the specific training method are all included in this section.
