WikiSnail

WikiSnail is a mediawiki-compatible WikiBrowser. You can search and read wiki articles from every mediawiki-installation that supports access by API.

This includes all Wikipedia in all languages and most wikia.com wikis. To add a new wiki to the application you can use the provided GUI or use the wikisnail:// url-scheme. Simply click on a wikisnail:// link in safari or mail and WikiSnail will open and add the provided wikis.

A example list can be found at http://www.snod.net/projects/WikiSnail/wiki/WikiList

An article can either be displayed in the original webpage layout or in a simple custom format. For the latter to work the wiki API has to support some specific functions. Automatic fallback is included.

The information about a wiki can be gathered on most wikipages or simply be guessed. All you need is the url to the api.php.
