Whoog is the universal professional emergency coordination platform. This tool brings a new way of communicating for companies looking for performance.
Whoog helps you to considerably save time when managing emergency by coordinating in real time human and technical resources. The app helps you master the unexpected and overcome failure in order to improve the efficiency of your team, upgrade your client service and increase your ROI.
THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE
To solve an emergency, companies pull out a listing of people and start dialing trying to reach people that are available and that have the necessary competencies for that specific emergency. - Enable emergency coordination of each event inside a dynamic forum composed of live GPS locations of each participant and a private chat room.
Once the emergency is solved, the forum is closed and the information is archived and available through the back office.
The online back office available 24/7, gives you rich insights on past actions, lets you optimize your resources in real time and provides statistical experience feedback.

You are in control of your information. Your Location is only shown during a whoog that you accepted and will never be public otherwise. If you refuse the whoog, your location remains secret. Once the whoog is over your locations returns to secret. This non-intrusive approach has won the Gallileo Master regional Nice-Sophia Antipolis 2012.
