There're two or three modes you may use to select a picture, depending on whether you use an iPhone or iPod touch.
1. Camera
iPhone users can use this mode to take a picture and then play with it right away. This mode is not available for iPod touch users.
2. Photo Albums
You can select any photo from your device's Photo Albums.
3. Facebook
You can easily login to your Facebook account, view all your photos there, then pick one to play.
