1.Register all persons in the App (only needed once)
2.Create groups of persons, for example “Football” (Only needed once)
3.Create a “presence card” for the group and just tap on the persons that were present to save the information.

The App off course keep track of historical presence cards so you can go back to review the presence cards at a later point of time. You also have the possibility to send a presence card (or all presence cards for the group) as an email.
