This free app was developed by the White Rock Lake Conservancy. The Conservancy is a nonprofit organization that works with the Dallas Park and Recreation Department to enhance the identity, beauty and safety of White Rock Lake. White Rock Lake Conservancy also supports the Lake by raising funds for improving hike and bike trials, buildings and park areas.

By working with similar organizations, the Conservancy hopes to implement the Dallas Park and Recreation Department's master plan for White Rock Lake.
