A cool breeze awoke me. First, I thought I was too weak to keep my eyes opened. Then I realized it was too dark to see anything. Finally, I suppose I failed, that I was back in the sorcerer's cave.

Maybe I even dreamed this man with an angel face helping me out of this prison. He said I have gifts, that I can see things in my mind. Things like spirits and voices. Something in his eyes made me feel like we knew each other, like we were old friends. It felt so true to trust him.

Now, last night's memories are clearer and I start to feel hope again. I try to concentrate, first on my own breath, then on the new side of the world I discovered. People may talk about a parallel reality but, to me, it's not parallel at all. It's all blended.

Spirits and reality touch in many points, sometimes unexpected ones. It's filled with objects that people used to consider as theirs. In fact, it's a mess, because parts of their souls remain here and there, in the most common things.

Concentration makes me feel the spiritual waves around. And then, I began to hear the whispers...
