Application Description
Where's My T is a new iPhone app that aims to improve users' experience of the MBTA. With real-time predictions for the Red, Orange and Blue lines, users will always know whether they should rush to the station or if they have time to finish their morning coffee. Other features include maps of the lines with live positioning of trains as well as an incorporation of a trip planner.
Special thanks to Luke Chang and Jefferson Lee for helping me with this project!
This application relies on MassDOT's open data initiative, which releases real time location data and estimated arrival times for the Red, Orange, and Blue lines. Green line support will be coming soon, as soon as the MBTA releases real time data for it!
Requires internet connection. Trip planner requires installation of the Google Maps application.
