You're in a bar. Your mate's late and he doesn't know where to meet you.
"When And Where?" is a simple application that solves this by finding out the nearest bar, cafe or restaurant to you and then texts your mate the directions and a map link. Failing that, just have a harsh word with your mates to tell them to be on time in future.
Note: Sending options are both limited to the type of details you have in your address book and also, the type of device running "When And Where?". For example, only running the app on an iPhone will display your friend's phone numbers as the iPod and iPad are not capable of sending SMS.
