Sometimes it’s quite difficult to decide on what you want to buy when a lot of different vendors each proposing a lot of different items the same kind. Of course, if you have a preferred item you would buy it without any hesitation. But if you like tasting new things… How can you remember what have you tasted already and what not? And if you have tested something, was it good or bad…
The application "What I Want" can help you dealing with this problem. No, it will not choose goods for you. But when you taste something, you can write down your opinion regarding tasted things in your iPhone. And when you come to a shop next time, your iPhone will help you easily remember everything about each tasted item and which ones you haven’t tasted yet.
In the application "What I Want" you can store the name and vendor for each item. Then each item can be commented as you want and marked with standard five stars. You can mark an item with check marks and then easily find what you want to buy later.
Each item in "What I Want" belongs to a category and only item from one category are displayed at each time. For instance, if you’re shopping for sweets, toothpastes and refrigerators would not get in your way. Additionally you can mark each thing with markers and use filtering to see, for instance, chocolate sweets only but not candies and fruit-paste sweets.
When you have a large collection of items in "What I Want", you can export and move it into your notebook or desktop (with iTunes). Then you can sent your collection to your friends so they can use your experience during their shopping.
