The American Medical Association makes it easy to work with your physician to establish weight, healthy eating and activity goals, and track your progress toward achieving them, with the AMA•WWM app.

Key features allow you to:

• Establish a weight goal
• Establish daily healthy eating goals
• Establish daily physical activity goals (in minutes and/or steps taken)
• Track your progress toward meeting your goals
• Utilize optional daily reminders to help you keep on track
• Determine your Body Mass Index (BMI) score based on current weight
• View monthly and yearly graph reports showing your progress
• Send reports to your physician or others as desired

The American Medical Association’s Weigh What Matters app is intended for adults as part of Weigh What Matters, a family obesity prevention program developed by the AMA, which encourages patients to work with their physicians to maintain a healthy weight, eat better, and increase physical activity.
