The WeDeliver driver app provides our delivery specialists (drivers) with all the tools they need to deliver on-demand to customers in Chicago. It’s as simple as accepting a job. Once a driver accepts, the app provides the names, addresses and phone numbers of both the merchant and customer. Our drivers don’t even have to worry about typing in a phone number! They simply go to the “Call” feature and tap “Call Merchant” or “Call Customer”.

Everything our drivers need is in the app, including a place for clients to sign. When picking up a package, our delivery specialists and experts simply go to the “Status” feature and tap “Picked-Up”. Our drivers then take a picture of the package through the app and allow merchants to sign right on the phone. When delivering, drivers tap “Delivered” and the customer can happily sign as well!
