A weather app (US only) that gives you just the weather you need, in the proper context - your daily schedule. Weatherhood is a fast and light app that removes extraneous forecast data while clearly presenting you with all the information you need to make a decision regarding the weather for the day. And a quick loading satellite image is always just a tap away.

Features

☀ Current conditions, the next hour, and marked hours included in default view. No need to hunt through unnecessary forecasts, or tap/swipe/pinch to view what you are looking for. The app marks the times for when you commute to work, lunch time, and the commute home (configure in phone Settings).
☀ High and Low temps over the next 24 hours show as the red and blue temps. Easily visible and always shown.
☀ Forecasts marked based on your calendar. The forecasts for the times you have an event scheduled will show by default. Personalized weather! You can also turn this feature off.
☀ One tap to view satellite image. Whatever the chance of precipitation, you never really know if it's going to rain/snow unless you see the satellite view for your region. In Weatherhood, a simple tap will bring up the image.
☀ More information a double tap away. In the forecast list, a double tap brings up the forecast for every hour for the next 24 hours. In the satellite view, a double tap zooms in.
☀ Adjusts to your location. Weatherhood always uses the neighborhood you are in to retrieve the forecast and satellite data. Nothing to configure. It also adjusts Fahrenheit/Celsius based on the standards for your location.
☀ Sunrise, sunset indicated. The forecast time background is colored to show you daytime, sunset, night time and sunrise for your location.
☀ Uncluttered. Key information, such as the time, temp, and description are large and easily viewable. Less key information is simplified, or hidden. For example, if the wind is so light you wouldn't really notice it, the view is not cluttered up with that information.
☀ Almost no interaction! Just open the app, and, well, that's about it. Any interaction is done by gestures, so no tiny buttons to hit.

Weatherhood is also quick. Just a few seconds to fix your location, download the forecast for the next 24 hours, and process/present the information. Whatever features are added in the future the app will remain very quick to the first view.

Using the app. On any screen, you can tap or double tap. In the full forecast view,you swipe to scroll the list. In the satellite view, double tap or pinch to zoom, or swipe to pan. That's it.
