Application Description
WakeMyRig is an easy usable tool to wake up remote hosts via a local network or even the internet (WakeOnLAN). The host which shall get woken up only has to be configured for WakeOnLAN and has to be connected to the network with a cable (a host connected via WiFi can NOT be woken up because of functional constraints of a WiFi connection).
WakeMyRig supports Limited Broadcasts (also called LAN Broadcasts) as well as Directed Broadcast which can be forwarded by several routers.
WakeMyRig shows on a well arranged information page not only all the settings of a host but also tries to determine the hosts status (online/offline) by "pinging".
WakeMyRig itself and the integrated short help are available in German, English, French and Italian.
