Application Description
WaitTime allows businesses to broadcast their real-time wait times to a variety of web-based, social media, and mobile app platforms. WaitTime is a simple way of notifying the public as to how long the current expected wait is at your business. Once the wait time is updated, the embedded WaitTime widget is automatically updated on your website with real-time wait information.
- Create an account by going to www.thewaittimes.com under the "Create Account/Login" tab to create your account that syncs with your downloaded app. Manage your account from here as well.
Features:
- Multiple Locations: WaitTime allows a user to add multiple locations for broadcasting. This is beneficial if you have multiple business locations such as a restaurant or if you have multiple wait times within the same business that you would like to broadcast such as an amusement park or sporting venue.
- Analytics: WaitTime keeps a record of the wait time information that you broadcast to the public. You can then formulate trends to identify when the longest and average wait times are.
- OpenTable Reservations: Easy link up your OpenTable ID to allow users to make reservations based on the current wait time.
