•App calculates your Sinclair score using the 2013-2016 IWF coefficients
•App features email and wireless printing function
Barbell Loader
•App developed in line with 2013-2016 IWF Technical and Competition Rules & Regulations (excluding 30kg discs)
•App uses ‘outside’ collar loading system (for 2kg discs or less)
•Men bar, 20kg. Minimum competition weight: 26kg
•Women’s bar, 15kg. Minimum competition weight: 21kg
