Vorticity EMS Mobile Application was built to provide many of the same features of Vorticity EMS website to Vendors, Brokers, Staff and Clients. The application is segmented into functionality by user. Currently all users permissions are based on the combination of user role and type of user company assigned.

Brokers – Can order services, view work order details, task other users, perform Quality Control on any work order and see all property related details for properties which they have access to within the Vorticity Website.

Vendors - Can upload photos for work orders, complete routine services, open and close tasks and search properties in their inventory.

Clients and Staff – Have full navigation and can search all properties which they have right to within the Vorticity EMS website and perform Quality Control on any work order.

Vorticity EMS Mobile Application contains Preservation and Maintenance task work order modules, general property maintenance expense and information modules, contractor and vendor management modules, communication logs, invoicing modules, and asset manager functionality. All sections of EMS are designed to provide staff, clients, brokers, vendors, field personnel, and quality control managers the ability to view, and capture, each piece of vital management and maintenance information of each assigned asset. AMS’ goal is to provide a platform that reduces operational challenges and maximizes inefficiencies to drive performance.
